Hollum turned towards the downed Logan. A sound like a whispered gasp came as the void mage's claw reached for him.
An explosion rocked the phantom sending it reeling back, smashing against the wall of the inn.
"Kill tha beastie!" a dwarf in the iron of Ironforge and the horned helm of the guard called. At his side a slender night elf in form fitting leathers trimmed with what looked to be leaves raise her hands unleashing a spear of starlight against the void mage. In front of them a gnome with shocking pink hair that rose straight up like he'd groomed it with a vacuum cleaner gathered mana for another fireball spell.

Logan coughed, attempting to make a hasty retreat from the battle.

JJ finished the last bits of his breakfast in silence. He would join Mercer for the meeting and then go to the chapel to meet with Brother Bertram.
He yawned and strecthed his back as he stood up.
- "Shall we then?"

"Wait! Hold on!" Gee cried as the trio of adventurers attacked the void mage. "We're the good guys!"
The shadow that was Hollum reared up against the assault. His silver eyes flashed down, catching Jonas as he dragged Zeke around the trio and out the door. Te void mage seethed silently, raising an arm of shadows that writhed and scattered beneath the blaze of a fireball and flash of moonfire from the druid.
Jonas stumbled outside and down the steps into the snow. He gasped and laid out Zeke against the wall, glancing back towards the door and the sound of battle echoing from within.

"Well." Silvia giggled, watching Logan flee as well. She leaned against Gee, smiling."That was interesting."
Logan stumbled outside, coughing and tryinv to catch his breath.

Ge jumped in surprise at the sudden presence of the draenei. "Hey! Who'r you?"
Jonas turned as Logan made an appearance. "You okay?" he called.

"Silvia Lightdoom." The Draenei smiled.
"Relatively." Logan stated.

Gee pouted. She winced suddenly as another fireball exploded against Hollum. The void mage made a low hissing sound, tendrils of shadows flicking from his form and receding. "Oh oops! Sorry I have to go help Hollum." She turned and tried to make her way towards the shadowy figure.
"Well. That's something." He looked down at Zeke, then back to the inn as the sound of another explosion rocked it. "So...Not our best first engagement. But we're not dead, which is a plus."

Silvia waved. "Ta-ta." She giggled, turning to exit the inn herself.
"If that's how you want to look at it." Logan observed. "We got %^&*ing wrecked."

"%^&* got whacked yo," Jonas said. He juggled the wand somewhat as he thought. "Well...Either way, now I know for damn sure I'm going to learn how this thing works."
"
GOOD. This PLEASES me
," the wand said.
"Hey!" Gee Put herself before Hollum, her arms outspread. "Stop hurting Hollum!"
"Bloody fel gel," the dwarf cried, his companions hesitating in their attack. "Get outta tha bloody way!"
"No! You are all just a bunch of big jerks and I-whoop!"
A hand of clawed shadows grasped Gee about the waist and carried her away. Like water being drained away, the darkness of the void mage slipped through the kitchen and down the stairs into the cellar.

"So you're doing to feed it souls?" Logan questioned. "How does that even work?"
"Well that's the easy part." Silvia giggled as she rejoined the group.
"I hope you didn't exert yourself too much." The man commented, looking back.
"I'm more of a lover than a fighter." The Draenei smiled.
