Any mage twinks can give me guidance on what level is the best to twink a mage? I prefer frost mage but if anyone thinks other builds are stronger twinks please let me know.
Another question is what level is the best for twinking? I cannot decide between 29, 39 or 49. Any guidance would be helpful!

So seems 49 is the consensus huh? But by 39/49 shammis have WF + DW, locks have death coil + felhunter, warriors have intercept + MS, huntards have beastial wrath, while all of the above create great threat to mages, mages would gain relatively little out of these levels, so I'm not convinced that mages would do better in 39/49 compared to 29, when mages shine a lot with just FN + blinks....
Anyone with me?

my vote goes for the 39 bracket i twinked there for quite a little while, it is good as it is before most classes get there armour upgrade mail to plate, leather to mail. as we dont get another armour it does not make a difference.
The armour upgrade shouldn't mean much to us, though, as spells ignore armour. :)

As a frost mage, you get ice barrier at 40 which is HUGE, then again, warriors get MS, etc etc, so it comes down to a preference. Hell, 29 might be alot of fun, but you don't have as many options.

I'm prob just going to make a half-twink with some cheap enchants so guess 29 is easier, given that 39 Staff of Jordan would be a must have and that costs....
49 just sounds like a long way....
