Post your armory as well so people can help you in terms of gear and spec. I doubt they are not up to date either.
Now as far as warriors go, they are a lot easier to play then other classes. I'm gonna put them above Enh. Shamans who take little to no thought to play.

As you go through those macro's, you'll realize that they allow you to take some abilities off your hot-bar. This really makes moving and especially PvP easier.
As an example:
/cast charge
/cast hamstring
This is a very crude macro, you'll find better ones in the site, but it simply allows you to take out hamstring from button 5 (in your case) and put something else there.
On moving:
I decided that turning with the keyboard was very useless, especially as a warrior. Therefore, I unbinded the A and D keys and simply use Q and E to strafe left and right, and W and S to move forward and backwards, respectively.
