You can have it reset after a timer, if you switch targets, or press a modifier, or a combination of them.
/castsequence reset=5/target/shift Spell, Spell, Spell, Spell

A little information about the "reset=" command:
If you set your macro to reset using a timer, the number you use will be in seconds. You can also use reset=combat, to tell the macro to reset when you leave combat. Shift is not the only key usable with the reset command, alt and ctrl are both usable as well.
