The reason you are getting a "must be in bear form" error is because strange as it seems i think macros actually execute all of the lines of code simultaneously. Therefore for multiple casts to work they either need to be spells that do not trigger a GCD (like /cancelform, Nature's Swiftness, mounting up, etc) or they need to be in a /castsequence. i think.
