1) Your crit has nothing to do with the mace stun
2) Both Hemo and SS have the same exact same chance to proc the stun.
3) You must be the kind of players that think if an item has a 5% chance to drop, it will drop every 20 mobs.

Use a fast offhand, and slice n dice. usually when i'm grinding, it procs atleast once or twice(if the mob lives long enough) per mob.
