I really could care less what kind of mount I get. I'm not looking to show off but rather get what I need.
I just ended going with what your able to get quick and easy rather work your butt off.
I went for the Epic Swift White Ram rather then PvP mounts (require marks from BG) or any other faction mounts that require me to get exalted. All of them do the dame dam thing just look different lol...

At level 40 just go for your race's mount.
As you get to 60 you might have some rep with another city.
At 70 it's always fun to meet the Kurenai for the Talbuks.
