On your armory you have several empty glyph slots. That can cause a reduction in dps. Your talent spec is not too bad but there is slight room for improvement. The point in silence is not very useful, dps talents should take priority. Try this one. I included the glyphs that effect Shadow word death, cause that's extra mana regen, plus fort glyph cause spending less mana is always good too. You could also possibally use some more hit rating, 4% is needed to never miss something of equal level to you, 5% for something 1 level over you, 6% for something 2 levels above you and 17% for something 3 levels above you. That's about all the advice I can offer.

Try to keep your Empowered Shadows buff up. This means you shouldn't cast Mind Blast unless you have at least 1 Shadow Orb. Of course, it's best to cast Mind Blast when you have all 3 orbs, but if your buff is wearing off and you still only have 1 orb, it's best to just cast MB to refresh the buff. Also, don't be afraid to clip your dots anymore.

If you're having serious mana troubles, use SW:D on cooldown to gain a bit of mana back.

The only time I would advise keeping any of your dot's up all the time is if you have glyphed Mind Flay, since that relys on you having SW:P on the target for it's effect. Also go get both the SW:D glyphs and start making use of it, frequently. The mana return is fantastic.
