Im looing for an addon that will place a
solid black panel
at the bottom of my screen. Something that I can put my bars on top of. Like xart has some skins but im looking for a solid black one. A standalone / ace addon would be nice =D

I haven't seen any evidence to support that, running on a computer where the slightest bit of extra rendering is noticeable. If there's any at all, it's totally negligible.
It was a "sunny side of the street" comment, Nef :). I should've put an exclamation point and some silly smiley there, I think.
