Grid and Healbot seem to be the big raid healer AddOns.

Clique, Click2Cast are two click-casting mods. I think HealBot has click-casting built in. I use Grid myself.

Another Grid+Clique user.

Grid is more complicated to setup the first time than healbot, but it is also much more robust.

Grid is really quite fantastic. I also try to push other healers that use it to grab the IncomingHeals plugin for it. Makes raid healing much easier overall. It has also eliminated a large percentage of overhealing for many of them.

HealBot alone serves me well. You can assign up to 20 different spells, and some more buffs to certain mouse+button combinations. I see my whole raid on the screen, with all the upcoming heals, HP delta, names, classes, % hp left, and tooltips about the spells I am about to cast. Currently I have

Left click: Flash of Light
Right Click : Holy Light
Middle Click: Cleanse
Shift+Left click: Rez
Shift+Right click: Blessing of Protection

It's really easy to use, really light and very helpful. Haven't used Grid, link plox?
