LF Addon - general frame skin modifier.

The last blog post concerning the LFD changes made by Miyari brought with it a screenshot that reminded me of the last part of my UI that I didn't modify. The general background/borders/buttons of the default Blizzard UI.

The old old textures are as much a part of the game as the constant hotfixes and re-balancing, but at one point you just get sick of seeing them.

So, here's my request: does anyone know what addon was responsible for skinning in this picture?
Alternately, does anyone know of an addon that does something similar?

I tried Skinner and Aurora, but those are too all-around for my taste, as they skin everything, even the parts I don't want changed. With everything being transparent, text is hard to read and in stuff in general is more disorienting.

Tukui panels. Probably edited to be half-way transparent (like mine XD).

Isn't Tukui a whole package of addons and configurations, and aren't there hundreds of variations? I was rather looking for something more..... specific.

Tukui is a UI compilation completely coded based on Caith's and ... someone else's... work but released by Tukz. Recently people have started editing it and releasing what they promote to be Tukui, but is merely an edit.

Tukui changes the appearence of pretty much anything, I'm certain you could pull the code out for this exact box - but it wouldn't be easy unless you know what to look for.

Isn't it possible, to just replace/override these 2 textures the same way as it's done for e.g. sounds?

At least, that's the way how Tukui v10 did it ...
I can't see how they are doing it now in v12 ><
