Waste of points in those two for level grinding. Once you reach raiding you can get IRP, but SB is not something I see as viable for either. SB is such a small, slow HoT that you will usually find no difference at all while grinding away, and in endgame it won't matter at all with the amount of damage dealing going back and forth. IRP however can be argued as you can get your pet back into the game after a death without losing too much dps.

My build link is the cookie cutter BM model for leveling. And for most, especially those new to the class, it is the best for them to level up on.
