I've heard about this for a while now, and I've seen it in the patch notes about it's animation, but I've yet to see stats or pictures for this bow? Anyone know what the deal is with this and when it's coming out?

They really need to give it a buff. Currently it is a side grade from the other sunwell bows (this is due to the fact that you lose the bonus damage from arrows). At least that's how it was last time I read about it.

I think the reason its so good is because afaik steady shots damage is calculated off weapon damage not including ammunition. Therefore with this your steady shot will recieve a huge damage buff, despite the fact you do lose a very small amount of damage off your auto shot.
At least i think thats correct.

Am I missing something or what?
Where does it say it makes its own ammo, I've heard plenty of people say this but no one has yet to give me a link to where it says so.
Anyone mind helping me out?
