Vanessa smiled as the ship docked. Eric and Renai let out a sigh of relief and watched as some goblins came off with supplies and crates and other such things. One of them, wearing a captain's outfit, disembarked and Eric pulled him over.

"Aye, one of his ears would definitely make sure they continue to pay." Morgan disliked the idea of cutting off parts of people, but realized it's efficiency. "But, I suggest we wait until they start doubting us. When they do, an ear will convince them to continue paying." Money was always a good motivator.

She quickly went up to the teller and asked for her bank. She was taking money out when she saw someone from her house coming in. She quickly hid behind Zach. "Oh dang. He's here." she said pointing out a high elf who was dressed in a suite.

"I believe it is." Vanessa replied to Toralyn.
The noble waited as Redleaf let the captain go back to his business around the ship and the male knight stepped up to his female peer, "Looks like we're going to have to pay an arm and a leg, but we'll get the boat to Ratchet just fine." He said to Sinwalker.
"Perfect, and its not like the brat doesn't have gold coming out of her ears anyway." Renai responded, looking over at Vanessa who turned her head to see if she was correct, "Come on, twerp, bring the street rat and whatever supplies he has and lets get on the ship."

"I don't blame you," Toralyn mumbled, able to barely pickup what the girl had said. He then quickly remembered what she had said earlier and wiped away the thought of perhaps cracking a smile as he simply followed quietly.

The knights got on board first, the two handing over the horses to the goblins who worked to get the animals below deck or somewhere where they wouldn't be an nuisance during sailing. Eric made arrangements to pay after they had docked, knowing full well the troll had something up his sleeve....
Vanessa looked over her shoulder at Toralyn as they approached the ship, "Something wrong?"

"Sister Skyhammer." The soft voice came to her and she stopped what she was doing, looking over at the young(or he seemed young) elf, wearing the clothing of a member of the Circle standing near her. "Aye, I am Skyhammer, what can I do for you lad?" She asked with a grin, putting down her hammer and breastplate.
"Druid Maeven, the one you arrived with, wishes to speak with you." He told her and she nodded, looking skyward. "Let him know I will be along in about 3 hours, I need to finish my foraging, then the rest of the evening is all his." She said, and the young elf bowed and turned and moved off. She watched him go for a moment then chuckled as she turned back to her work.
