It's a decent weapon if you're thinking of going Combat after 4.0.6, so either wait it out until the patch drops or use it yourself after the patch drops.

Looking at your toon I'm guessing you're a PvPer, which means you have a choice of;
Scaleslicer
Spinerender
The Twilight Blade
I'd say go for Scaleslicer, because once you start arena you'll probably buy;
Vicious Gladiator's War Edge
Vicious Gladiator's Shanker
first, as they are ridiculously cheap.
Then you'll have two good weapons, and you'll be fine if you have a modicum of arena skill.

You'll probably get more money from the decapitator than a Scaleslicer would cost. Scaleslicer's a pretty common sight at our AH, opposed to the decapitator.

Still would use the Scaleslicer, you'd get the most use out of it.
However, when doing PvP you have the problem that the best PvP enchant is Pyrium Weapon Chain, but in PvE it's Hurricane.

I knew it was Landslide, but if you haven't really started raiding yet I just used Hurricane as an example, and what you have currently.
Also remember to keep pickpocketing in Cata areas, the Junk boxes seem to have quite a high drop rate for the epics, from the sounds of it about 1 in 150 or so.
