S1 + FSW isn't going to be enough for a full shadow bolt build. The spell hit simply won't be there.

You've got more than enough with that combination to begin heroics and Karazhan, however. There have been a few recent threads on gear to target as you transition into raiding over the past week. Specifically, you can look here:

As for spec, you've got a few choices:

If you want to continue to PvP and not do a lot of respeccing, you can go with either UA/Shadowburn (41/7/11 +2) or a Felguard (5/43/11 +2) build, both of which are very solid all-around choices.

If you're not planning on PvPing for a while and want to push as much as you can into PvE talents, a UA/Destructive Reach build (41/0/18 +2) would be the way to go.
