Generally, if you want to level fast, gather all quests for the instance and run it once. Every instance. Then don't ever bother again.

i would recomend doing most of them for i assume feral gear, even if there is no particular loot in the instance for a feral druid doing the quests will lead to you levelling faster gaining an extra bit of gold.. and ofc maybe gaining some items for an off spec that you may be curious about
it mite be an idea to ofc label the sepc you are levelling with =p

If you are in your 50's I would suggest trying to find some level 70 friends and have them quickly run you through Blackrock Depths.

like somebody to run them through BRD. That place is SO bleeding long and convoluted it makes me want to cry.
