In what order do the raids come?

My guild start on Halfus, got Conclave down, then turned around and went 5/6 in BWD.
Since I was travelling at the start of the expansion I missed a lot of it, but judging by the progress we made in BWD since I've been back I'd say that's been the easiest for us so far.

As others have said above, it really depends on a variety of factors, but there are many normal mode bosses that aren't terrible gear checks. For instance, Valiona and Theralion is probably easier than Halfus simply because there is no real gear-check involved.
Do the following bosses in some semblance of an order if you're just starting out raiding:
- Bastion of Twilight: Halfus, Valiona/Theralion
- Blackwing Descent: Omnotron Defense, Magmaw, Maloriak
- Throne of the Four Winds: Conclave
