it does a fair amount of damage but it it mainly integrated to Raids for the Blood Frenzy debuff.
If you are in a mainly caster DPS raids, consider speccing full fury.

are ya forgeting that bloodfrienze effectivly increases the tanks aggro by 4% aswell? =P
Theres always bound to be some melee in the raid so bf never goes wasted, if not it helps the tank with treath
