Raid buffs overwriting each other (/not) can be complex.

I suggest you go to:

and investigate yourself.

If you do go there be sure to read the "about" bit in the top right. It explains a lot about how the raid buff calculator works. Some of it is obvious, but some not.

Totem of wrath crit buff is a raid buff. iFF crit buff is a talented personal buff. They both stack.

totem of wrath
Critical Strike Chance Taken Debuff (All types): Heart of the Crusader, Totem of Wrath
Increased Spell Power Buff: Focus Magic, Improved Divine Spirit, Flametongue Totem, Totem of Wrath, Demonic Pact

Faerie fire
Increased Spell Hit Chance Taken Debuff: Improved Faerie Fire, Misery
Armor Debuff (Minor): Faerie Fire, Sting (Hunter pet), Curse of Recklessness

so yeah they stack

(did delete my own as i did think it was 3 % crit to all and not only the Hit)
