I ran all the way from Darkshore to Westfall to complete the Druid Aquatic Form quest, then I ran all the way back again, it took
forever
. The friend who introduced me to the game said, "at least you collected all the flight points on the way through", to which my answer was "flight points?". Doh!

thought 5g was a lot and cherished it until i found out about vanity pets, then i wasted it on stupid owls
thought the entire game looked like Teldrassil
fell off teldrassil as a spirit and had to run all the way around to Rutheran Village, through Darnassus and to my body
would ignore the stats on items and bought vendor whites for the armor
lol my early wow days were hilarious :P

Destroyed my Hearthstone at level 7
Used teleport Moonglade to do my bear form Quest, but I didn't know how to get back. I somehow found the Flight Master to the south, and saw i couldn't afford the ride back... I then ran around skinned the critters until I had the 7s it costed to get back... Took ages.
First learned about the free rides from moonglade at lvl 30
