I need help with my spec

Hey guys, I just started WOW and I don't know wich spec I should take. Im now lvl 25 and Im trying to get to 50 really fast. Please tell me if I choose PVE, wich spec I should take and if I take PVP, wich one I should take for it. I want to know if I can combine PVP and PVE spec if you can tell me.
If you can, include the fastest way to level up. So for the end of this, you should tell me that :
1. Best spec for PVE
2. Best spec for PVP
3. Best spec for PVE and PVP
4. Best spec to level up really fast

P.S. : My english is kinda poor so don't be surprise about it ='(

one more thing, if you can put the spec in the talent list, it will be great. It's easier for mee to look at it
