This has been coming up quite a bit in the warlock forums lately. I address specific gear pieces for early raiding it in this thread:
http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=17594&p=156040I'm seeing a lot of PvP gear in your armory, so I can't honestly offer a ton of suggestions with confidence, as you might well have PvE gear that I'm not seeing. Some of the more obvious suggestions:
41/20 is a bad spec for... everything, really. Beyond the first level of demonology, the talents are bad unless you're going for DS or later. Get ISB, Bane, and Shadowburn and your dps will rise.
Your gems are bad for either purpose. You have a +HEALING gem, for crying out loud. Veiled Noble Topaz, Great Dawnstone, Runed Living Ruby for PvE. Steady Talasite and Solid Star of Elune for PvP.
You've chosen Aldor and gone away from tailoring. These are significant problems for your gear.
Get a spell damage enchant on your spellblade. Build your Sha'tar rep and get the head enchant. Those two pieces will last a while.
Specific gear improvements, keeping in mind what I'm seeing:
Shoulders: without tailoring, you need a drop. Look for the T4 piece in Gruul's. The Fel-tinged Mantle from Heroic Magister's is a slight improvement for PvE.
