That set looks really quite nice, altho there's one minor detail you might want to think about: Dodge. 20% is quite low for a bear, so you should consider getting more. That would include getting the agi enchant on cloak (instead of armor which doesn't get bear form multipliers anyway) and possibly the def/dodge head enchant from KoT instead of the AP/hit one from CE. Yes, damage is important for tanking as a bear but I'd say avoidance is even more so. You can try to change a few other items for more dps after that.
Oh, and big gratz to Nab! I can certainly believe you have other things in your mind than theorycrafting right now. ;)
