If you wanna PVP, Tauren warrior is a great choice. Hook up with a resto druid at level 70 to do 2v2 arena with, and you'll do very well.
Dont let anyone try to sway you to one spec or the other, both 2h arms and dw fury are viable, in pve as well as pvp. Just do what you enjoy most. Cause thats what matters, it is a game after all.
You may want to take a look at 33/28 though. 2/2 second wind is very powerful in pvp as well as pve, and is normally prefered over those last 2 points in flurry.
