With all the BC healing and stam enchants you'll be rocking the healing meters. ^_^

Take it from someone who made a 19 prot pally...don't.
Druids are far better for flag running, and pretty much anything is better for DPS.
Anyway, Imp. Devo Aura isn't really that useful at 19 because its only giving you like 40 armor, so go with 5 points in Redoubt instead.
This is true, Druids are easily the best flag carriers, but I'm not sure what is going to surface as the best FC with the new WSG coming out in 2.4. I personally like pallys as healing and flag support in the 19 bracket. With BoF being your flag carriers best friend and most likely your most used ability along with HoJ.
In my opinion go healing, but before you do, ask around and make sure your server has the +30 healing to gloves enchant. It is an AQ enchant that I know no one on my server has anymore.
A pally is going to be able to flag carry, even if they arent prot, against most pugs, but you are a bigger asset to your team if you can heal when your not flag carry'n.

Unfortunately I don't know gear for a prot pally off the top of my head. Sorry for that.
