I obviously know that the golden spec to go for leveling is BM. But I was curious about trying MM or even Survival. I'm not too experienced with a hunter ( I normally play a druid), so any advice and constructive criticism would be very much appreciated.
As BM, I've noticed that my cat dies too quickly. I've recently read a post on wowhead about the whole Bite + Claw not worth the extra spent talent points for your pet and will take that into consideration. I aws just wondering what are some good places to spend talent points in for a pet, apart from the dps abilities? I've also become irritated with my pet dying so often. Is it because I don't spend enough talent points in Armor? or Stamina?
Spec-wise. This is what I am to be:
http://wowhead.com/?talent=cV0GdxxRVuVoVVbRxI am level 64 at the moment, so my Cat's talent's are : Bite Rank 8, Claw Rank 6, Cobra Reflexes, Dash Rank 3, Great Stamina Rank 8, Growl Rank 7, Natural Armor Rank 8.
Any suggestions about anything would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly is your pet "dying too quickly" to? I just turned 65 on my alt Alliance hunter and have no problems with my
cat's health. I usually throw a
Mend Pet every 2-4 mobs while soloing, depending on caster / melee and how hard they hit.
In terms of dungeons, it's not uncommon for my pet to pull aggro due to
Bestial Swiftness and
Go for the Throat. Even after pulling aggro, my pet usually stays up long enough for the target to die. In some cases, I've double trapped pulls and finish a group while waiting for AFKers or dead to walk back.
Also, I would suggest removing
Pathfinding for
Focused Fire,
Improved Stings for
Mortal Shots,
2/3 Thick Hide for
Animal Handler. And definitely grab Mend Pet... at least
rank 1 since it was buffed to 25%.
