A demonology build isn't worth it until you're in your fifties and can pick up the felguard. Then it becomes a matter of personal taste as both builds are insanely easy to level with. Prior to that, affliction is far and away the best leveling choice.
As to your build - you don't need 5/5 suppression unless you're fighting mobs at least 3 levels higher than you are. Empowered Corruption is a waste unless you have a significant amount of spell damage accumulated (which probably won't be the case until you've assemble most of the shadoweave set around 42). Slap those points into Imp Drain Soul (which will make grinding faster by replenishing your mana), Grim Reach (it takes a mob longer to get to you and beat on you - what's not to like?), and Nightfall (best of the three, as you'll be using drain life and corruption a lot). 1/5 Shadow Embrace for the affliction effect to boost Soul Siphon is also excellent.
