If you're trying to melee, get unleashed rage and shamanistic rage. Without those talents you pretty much lose all sustainability and a fair bit of utility that an enhance shaman provides. I don't really see the purpose of "Suicide" Ele/Enhance builds, as all they will really let you do is shock a little harder/more. Shocks are already the smallest contribution to your damage, so why waste 16 or more talent points on them?

Another downside of not going into resto as enhance is you miss out on Totemic Mastery and Nature's Guidance. 3% hit with melee and spells is pretty important, especially on bosses that you need to interrupt (Aran, Mag Channelers, Caribdis, Essence of Desire, etc) since enhance shamans don't stack spell hit.

There are also times when you can't always melee and should throw some heals around. For instance, in Kara until you get well geared you might need 3 healers for fights like Prince/Nightbane but only 2 for the rest. Thus you can still do your melee totems and run in and shammy rage for mana, then run back out and heal some more. 5/5 imp healing wave is pretty important for that.
