There are two ways.
One is to get exalted with the
Mag'har
(if you're Horde) or with the
Kurenai
(if you're Alliance). Then you can buy the mount for 80g or so.
The other is to get enough
Halaa Battle Tokens
and
Halaa Research Tokens
. With these you can purchase two unique versions, the
Dark Riding Talbuk
and the
Dark War Talbuk
. Although the latter is more expensive, they are pretty much the same except for looks.
