While I have found Mr robot to be a great site for my other classes I find it greatly mises the mark for Hunters ( unless they have changed it in the last 2 months ) . It had me reforging OUT of crit and into Haste .
www.wowreforge.com
I have found gives far better results for hunters .

It used to have some shenanigans with default weights system (putting some alternate weights as default), but i checked all hunter weights and they are all favouring crit.

That site is dead wrong though, BM has been mastery > haste the entire expansion, and looking into their haste plateau link (for BM) they are also operating with a delay of KC by up to 1 second - delaying it more than 0.3 seconds is a dps loss at any time.

Yeah... Mr. Robot is -amazing- for all classes -except- Hunters (as far as I know; maybe some others). Warcrafthuntersunion has been wrong for a long, long time.
BM: Crit>Mastery>Haste; I don't know if any plateaus exist still or not.
MM: As far as I know, Crit>Haste>>Mastery
Survival: It -used- to be Crit>Haste to a certain point(s)>Mastery. Now we get way too much Haste. So, Crit>Mastery>>Haste. As long as your Cobra Shot is 1.66 seconds or less, you have enough Haste. And even with reforging out of -all- of your Haste, you'll be under that mark.

That's about 20% haste btw, which is super easy to get. I've got lots more than that and can't lose any more haste.

Hard to tell you without knowing your spec. You should use female dwarf as a reference though. I don;t have the link with me atm, I am on another PC, but if someone can post it, that would be nice.
Anyway, BM and MM are straight forward. SV OTOH, no one knows for sure what is actually best . The problem is, there are guys with a ton of haste in the top, and then there are other guys who go mastery who seem to be right up there with them.
Sometimes it also depends on whether you're running 10 or 25 man and the buffs that are covered.

Thats the link;
As to haste heavy SV hunters there are 2 obvious explanations - 1 that there is a ton of haste on gear, and 2; that their other spec is MM, so they stay in the haste heavy setup because the general wisdom (whough it may not be correct) is that MM is useless without a ton of haste and that mastery sucks.
