Nefarion has the idea nailed down. That's exactly what you need to do.
Go to Teldrassil. Complete every quest you can find there. That will up your rep a LOT.
As for the turn-in quest, I have two words for you.
Server economy.
Unless you're willing to farm your own runecloth, then buying it is your option, and the prices of it depend on server economy. 60 RC / 350 rep, so figure out what more you need after doing their quests and then do the math, and you're on your way to your Nightsaber which I assume is what you're after. have fun :D

First off, I have no idea what "Exhaulted" means.
However, to become exalted, just do what these guys told you and do all the quests for them you can and hand in cloth.

Can someone please tell me how much money I will require to spend to reach Exalted with Darnassus? I want to get Exalted with Darnassus, but I don't know how much money I should have to do it. Does anyone know?
Fixed. It wasn't easy. Spell check have exhausted only for "exhaulted".

The tiger from Winterspring requires Dar exalted rep to get the riding training if you are not a night elf.
Umm, no. Riding training is universal, not specific to each faction.
And even when it was, this faction wasn't connected to Darnassus; it had its own riding trainer.
He's part right, you don't need tiger riding skill anymore, as there is no longer such a thing, but before that change the only way to learn the riding skill was from darnassus, there was no other tiger riding skill trainer.
