going good so far. On the live servers I've not gotten into naxx yet (havent had much time to raid), but I tanked in there on the beta with a dk so I already know pretty much what it's gonna be like. Like you, tanked just about every heroic without issue (the only one I havent done yet is HoL), and 10/25 man arch have both gone well.
It's nice being able to compete as dps without respeccing as well (though I'm used to that since I had a feral druid in TBC who was a primary tank, secondary dps). I did a 10 man arch last night with my guild and they already had two tanks, so I threw on DPS gear and managed third out of six damage dealers.

Well personally, I love death knight tanks. What I've seen the most from them is that we are very 'active' tanks. In that there is not a spare moment between our GCD to do anything. The only expection to this is O $H17 buttons. But I mean, the way I'm specced I have rune tap, Icebound, lichbourne, unbreakable armor, anti-magic barrier, a trinket for 3570 armor, health pots, and if Im lucky armor pot, and maybe some health stones?
I mean, personally I think DKs make better main tanks than off tanks. I've been told Im easier to heal than some warriors, (Then again, Im in 6 or 7 epics with about 20% dodge and 30% parry (with blade barrier up)). So I just think its easier for me to tank the bosses that dont move, than try and ruin rotations to get the add that randomly spawned. 30 second cooldown on DnD, 10 sec pestilence, 8 sec howling blast? The only nice compensation is that these spells pop out more threat in 5 clicks than a warrior can do in that time. But I mean, thats a small price to pay for not being able to pick up adds if they spawn at certain times during rotations.
Though in the long run, DK tanks are here to stay. 10% less spell dmg is my major love in the new patch. and from what Ive read no one seems to really care about it. To busy crying over bone shield.
Anyway, I've done some of 10 man naxx, tanked 10 man OS, and 10 man Wintergrasp, all pretty easy. I've noticed trash in heroics is harder tahn trash in 10 mans. Anyway, DK tanking is going to beat druid tanking in my opinion. Hell, only reason I think warrior tanks will never go away is because people are so emotionally attached.

Either i get in a group, and we do perfect and i get added to several friends lists with, finally a dk who knows thier class type of comments.
Or i get invited and booted immediately when they realize I'm not frost, or that I'm a DK in general (all DKs are noobs right?)
Or we do fine, and circumstances beyond my control cause a wipe (healer not running from loken for example) and they all blame me for being such a noob DK l2p omg stfu. That sort of thing.
Stigmas suck.
Mostly i run with my guild who is supportive even if we wipe we have a good laugh, then end up clearing anyway.

If you can do a Pug without a wipe you deserve a medal. Its that simple. I cant imagine puging anything and not wiping at least once. But in northrend, the fights are pretty easy if you follow the instruction manual on the tank's cloak. The issue is, people don't know how to read/listen. I guess no one told casters they should MOVE out of the 20k dmg aoe BEFORE they cast.

I know but people want a scapegoat, and DKs are the flavor of the month. Some noob Dks have been seen yes, and so its easy for people to say "look, its his fault its another bad DK tank!" when then everyone joins in the call chanting "DKs are bad!"
i assume its the same deal as lawyers and politicians. because of some bad, fraudulent, and corrupt ones, the others get the same crap for being as bad as the others.

People just keep saying how impress they are with my tanking since they probably saw only either bad DK or they had their idea of tanking with no shield = not possible.
I always hate hearing that line... it's as if they forgot druids ever existed.

I very rarely wipe, and I pug almost all of my heroic groups. Even pugged both 10 and 25 man vault of archavon, and never wiped on either.
Well, that isnt entirely true, on the 25 man vault pug the boss enraged at around 1% - when he died he blew everyone in the raid up, but we still got the kill and the loot =P

What's wrong with 70 pvp epics?
EDIT: Doh, I reread and saw "Heroic".

Mine's actually not been that great, but mainly because I've been pugging to tank, and when I do guild runs I'm usually DPS. As a comparison, I'm usually top damage when tanking (about 1500-1600 DPS) unless we get lucky and one guy is above me, whereas in guild runs I'm bottom, even though I'm pulling 2200 DPS (going against a BM hunter and/or 1-2 ret pallies that are in dedicated DPS specs and better gear). Thus, since we have a better geared tank who is easier to heal (as well as being more experienced tanking on that class), and our group DPS goes up from about 4-5k to about 8k, I find runs go much smoother when our warrior is tanking.
However, when I do get a good group, I do fairly well. I've had some wierd issues where it seems like I survive longer without a healer than with one (e.g. a trash pull where I've got full hots, bone shield, and 75% health and I just drop, vs. a boss fight where I can survive from 225k to 75k, which is when he enrages and finally breaks through my self heals). It's very nice doing about 500+ more DPS than our guild's warrior while tanking (which somewhat makes up for the crap I get in PuGs). The comments I've gotten on my DK tank have not been surprising "You dropped really fast" and "Wow, you hold aggro REALLY well."
A perfect example would be farming heroics today. I started off with a guildy healer, one guildy DPS (who is very undergeared and pulls ~1400-1500 atm), and 2 pug DPS, doing VH and Nexus. We wiped once on VH (water boss) and had trouble on a few trash pulls in Nexus (the example in the paragraph above), but overall pretty smooth runs. I hold aggro real well, so as long as the healer keeps me up, it's fairly good. In Nexus, even with all melee DPS, nobody died on the faction boss.
Then we go to DTK, where we dropped one of our PuGs and picked up a PuG DK tank, and I switched to DPS. About half way through it became obvious that I should put on my tanking gear and just switch to frost presence and whenever he loses aggro (he only did 1k DPS) I'd pop frost presence and off-tank. Still managed 1750 through that run, DPSing in tank gear.
After that we switched up, got the 2 ret pallies in my guild who do 2600 each, and got our MT tanking (along with me and the same healer) and ground out 5 more heroics, getting the timed run in strat (an instance I've never even tanked the second boss on) and probably taking the same amount of time as the 3 we did in the first place.
Basically, I think we're competent tanks, but we DPS better than we tank. Although that may just be that my tank gear is limitted as of current (I have the emblems, mats, and/or upgrades already sitting in my bags to get myself 5 upgrades, but they would drop me below the defense cap), the fact that I had better buffs in the second group, the fact that it was a full guild run of competent people, or the fact that the paladins can off-heal really well.
