Haha wow, when I took my DK to Outland I was questing with a priest with that name.
Anyways back on topic.
Named mine Eärendil after Eärendil the Mariner, quite possibly one of the most important figures in LotR history.

I chose Orrcus, originally wanted Orcus.
if anyone is any kind of history buff, Orcus is the Roman God of the Underworld, death, oaths, and punisher of purjurers.
I figured it was kind of fitting since everyone would be using the Greek god, Hades to some extent and possibly the Underworld's blacksmith, Mephisto.

I named my human female DK: Adunaphel.
This is a name associated with a female Ring Wraith from LOTR. The name was created via a LOTR role-playing game as J. R. R. Tolkien did not name her nor confirm that there was a female Ring Wraith.

I named my Death Knight Mandragoran. If you have ever read the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, you will understand why this name is very appropriate.
Lan Man'Dragoran is a very skilled, deadly weapon that has had his world turned upside down. He is a King of a no-longer existing Land due to the "scourge"-type of infestation that overtook it.
I like names out of books and stories. Something that means something to me.

I went with Viika which was a shortened version of Viikatemies - a Finnish word for Death. Not...terribly original but not so horrible I suppose. The whole word was a bit of a mouthful though u.u.

Mine was a Human Male, Toksin.
It was originally going to be a dwarf male called Korhal (from Starcraft), but changed my mind in the last couple weeks, now Korhal will be my paladin/priest dwarf.
