Mal'Ganis is also very, very Horde dominant, around a 22:1 H:A ratio. All raids, new and old get pugged, and there's plenty of Guilds recruiting.

Well dont go to Kul'Tiras. That is the realm i play and while the numbers may be almost even or slightly in ones favor the alliance are way more productive both in PvP and PvE. i am horde on the server. Every BG i have ever played the horde will win 1/3 and when we lose its a landslide. but when we win it is close. But its a friendly server lots of help and with the right guild raids are easy to find when ever you want them.
BGs are not server-specific - you're playing with folks from all the US / EU servers, so it should not factor into your decision.
