So I've looked through numerous queries to try and find this, but I'm coming up empty handed.
Is there really just a complete void of decent plate healing shoulders from 60-69? The best I've been able to find are the shoulders from UB, and even those are worth it for the 2 gem slots, and a mediocre quest reward at 67, but it's a 70 group quest so I have to assume I won't be getting it as I ding.

You don't have to use plate but there aren't really many options for straight +heal shoulders.

Both drop in OH and though they have useless stats (spirit, strength) they both have two sockets. I guess it depends on whether you can heal OH, though.

Yeah I'm using cloth right now for when I'm healing, I was just wondering if there was some hidden cache of plate healing shoulders I was completely missing with my filters.
