Help me with the Protect Paladin macro. It will be supposed to cast Holy shield every time when the Holy shield efect fades. And the 2nd macro that will stop casting the 1st macro. Thanks.

Unfortunately it cannot be done without breaking the rules.
Casting a spell requires a hardware event; that is, a click on a button, a key press, et cetera. Generally only one spell can be cast by a macro (with the exception of abilities that don't trigger the global cooldown). There are mods that allow you to delay script execution, but that only works with actions that don't require a hardware event.
It is possible to create such macros with special gaming keyboards and applications, but doing so will most likely get you into trouble and I don't recommend that.

every .5 sec push 7
Wouldn't it be easier to assign it to cast it once, wait 10 seconds, then repeat until cancelled?

WoW supports the G15, but the ToS and EULA forbid you from using software that emulates physical hardware events- which
is
the basic definition of botting- use of software to play the game for you. All of the intelligent choices/AI/pathing elements that are typically associated with botting come later- that's what makes the bot play the game
well
(or better, at least). They aren't required for a simple, usable, bot, such as one that would auto-jump in a battleground to prevent AFKs.
A macro that attempts to recast at a regular interval can trivialize gameplay. For example, two fire mages in a raid, one agrees to maintain the Scorch debuff, and the other can now use his G15 to cast Fireball every 3s. MageTwo no longer has any need to act except to move and perhaps use a potion as necessary, and then restart his macro. Because of the possibility of that level of trivialization, the only "autocasts" allowed in game are those supplied- Attack, Shoot, and multiple item crafting.
Blizzard will not ban you for your purchase and use of hardware and software. They may, however, ban you at any time they like for using it in a manner which violates the terms you have agreed to.
