Personally, I would use my F1-F8 keys for marking. I'm too lazy to look up the exact macro, but it's something like:

/run SetRaidTarget("target", 1)

It's in pelf's sticky about the sneaky complicated macros. I'm sure I'll go look it up for myself after I post this.

Edit: Fixed it up correctly.
