Help with Talent build/DW Vs 2H

OK, so I've been reading quite a bit of previous posts, and haven't really come across examples that really answer my questions well. I'm a lvl 66 Dran Warrior, currently Arms spec'd, dual weilding maces with Imp. Rend. I've gathered that many people seem to not like rend, but it seems to me that it takes longer for me to kill bleed immune mobs than ones that i can rend. Anyway, I'm looking to DPS despite everyone's assumption that I tank. Is 2H better than DW or vice versa? Also, how can I improve my talent build? I play as Barlow on Zangarmarsh.

Generally speaking, if you're asking about DPS for PvE, Fury is going to reign king. Arms has some nice talents for spike damage, but in PvE you're looking for sustained DPS, not intermittent flurries of big numbers (which is preferred for PvP, in order to combat crowd control and range, as well as to catch opponents off-guard). If you look around on the forums, you're bound to find plenty of examples and cookie-cutter specs.

Fury is oriented towards dual wielding, while Arms is heavily in favor of a slow 2-hander.

Barrow is psychic, as he can read my mind (except I don't have to go to work now). I want to stress the ignorance of using Rend -- and dual wielding Arms. I highly suggest more quality reading, as level 66 is pretty high...
