hmmm well you have reti paladins so the rep buff is covered. so basically. its up to you. If your shammy can handle raid healing then you can be discipline and heal the tank. Since DK's have a tendancy to drop 70% hp in a second due to bad timing on avoidance.

Tank healer = disc spec.
Raid healer = holy spec
Dpser = shadow priest.
