Checking the
faction
page for Netherwing would reveal that upon reaching Neutral, you must have
Artisan
riding (300) to continue the
questline
.

There is nothing really hard about most of the Netherwing quests though it is much quicker with a DPS class. The gathering quests are quite easy. The Booterang quests are just plain enjoyable. The mine quests are really more about competition with other players doing mine quests so group up if possible. Lastly, the Slow Posion & Not-So-Friendly skyes quests are just annoying due to their low low drop rate.
Remember, ALWAYS spend time searching Netherwing Ledge & surrounding floating rocks for Netherwing Eggs.
I was able to get exhalted with them in 9 days with moderate effort and running instances.
