if you're a resto druid and you constantly die, it means that either you need more health/resilience, or you need to adjust your play style. Most good resto druids will stay in the background healbotting, using line of sight, etc. If you attract attention, hot yourself and RUN. learning how to use natures grasp, entangling roots, cyclone, bash, etc takes a lot of practice, but once you are able to implement these, you'll become pretty hard to kill.
Don't get me wrong though, if you get attacked by like 3 people, you're probably gonna die lol.
And yes, resto druids have very little chance at winning 1v1, mainly because we can't do very much damage (but we do have survivability, so if you're fighting a class that can't heal itself, then you have a chance).
