Venerable Mass of McGowan
? i like more draenei but if i get these items i should get dwarf which i don't like much tho :P

You don't *have* to be a dwarf because you got the weapons, at the end of the day the player is more important than the 3 expertise you got for being a dwarf.
If you'd rather be a draenei, be a draenei.

oh thanks! and 1 last question.. what about enchantment on heirlooms? can i have a 1-80 enhancement? or everytime i need to enchant my weapons?

Carukia
I have two
Venerables
with
Agility
enchanted onto them. I don't know if that's the best enchant, but if not, it's close. Unfortunately, I decided to go elemental when I started my shaman. Fortunately, elemental is an extremely good leveling spec.

If you don't like Dwarves in general then don't make one. The racials are quite unimportant and there isn't really a difference between Dwarves and Draenei anyway. The hit you get from being Draenei is quite strong, too.
I'd just go with Draenei because they are pretty (at least the female version). As long as Dwarves don't get kegs as totems they just don't make proper Shamans imo.
As for the enchant: Yes, the one Carukia linked is the best you can get. Generally heirlooms count as ilvl 1 items, meaning you can not use any enchantments on them that require a certain ilvl, which are all enchantments from BC and WotLK. All the classic enchantments however don't have any ilvl requirement so you can use those. 15 agility happens to be the best classic enchantment for 1h weapons.
The only problem is that since it's a classic enchant the mats are very expensive, nobody farms them anymore. The recipe is also quite rare (requires Timbermaw Hold reputation to buy) so finding an enchanter with it might be difficult. Be prepared to spend a lot of gold on it.

Leatherworking benefits Aruk because he can make his own gear, and he can make leg enchants as well. Skinning also gives him a bit more Crit. Each profession has certain benefits which you can ONLY get, using that profession.

take a look at this link

I feel like you want us to play your character for you.
You can pick ANY profession for ANY class and ANY spec. All professions offer benefit in some way to every spec.
Simply look up each individual benefit as well as the gear/items it can make and decide for yourself.
I personally am Skin/LW.
This is wrong. If you are looking for the best prof for shaman, there are ones that help more than others. I'm not sure what they are but people saying theyre all equal just pick 2 dont help anyone.
Alchemy - Permanent flask at 85 gives you a constant +80 of your primary stat (agi for enhance)
Blacksmithing - Extra gem slots, good for everyone
Enchanting - Extra enchants, good for everyon
Engineering - Special gems with stats good for everyone
Herbalism - Cooldown that gives haste and a small HoT. good for just about everyone
Inscription - Special shoulder enchants, one for everyone
Jewelcrafting - Special gems, good for everyone
Leatherworking - Special wrist enchants, good for everyone
Mining - Stamina, okay not so good for anyone but tanks except for PVP. You got me there.
Skinning - Crit, good for almost everyone.
Tailoring - Special cloak enchants, good for everyone.
So for enhancement shaman? If you not planning on PVP, anything but Mining. If you want to PVP, anything.
