I have it in my Ret spec. It would be useful in holy too, but anything that doesn't directly involve having more mana is not in my glyphs tab.

I use it in both my Prot and Holy specs. I've found it invaluable as a tank, and highly useful as Holy to control adds that pug tanks sometimes miss. Any less damage a DPS takes is less damage I have to heal, is how I look at it.
