Sorry not a mage/lock but i have seen it happen. Little gnome magey fired a pyro at a warr who spell reflected, 1 hit killed himself for 8k. Made me laugh for a while :P

Don't remember that I have done it, but a other healer in mine guild have, we was on twin Emperor in aq40, for thos who don't know the fight:( it is 2 bosses on the same time, and if them stand close to eachother will them heal eachother for alot, and them teleport each 45 sec or so, and the closest one get so much threat that it's no way anyone take agro from tank)
anyway, long story short, the paladin casted Divine Intervention on one of the main tanks and it was a wipe in a sec. we had the bosses on 20% than :P

Yes I decided to swim from Desolace to Feralas. Bad mistake, caused my character to lag out constently. I had ot get on my other chars to get help. So a GM sent me to TB GY haha.

Yes, frequently. The most egregious (sorta) example was when I bought the recipe for
Flask of Chromatic Wonder
from the AH for 150 g. That's right, I paid 150 times what it would cost to buy it from the schmuck standing right outside Karazhan. Call it a case of conspicuous consumption. 2.2 had just come out and I wanted that recipe very badly. Trouble is the server was hiccuping uncontrollably and I was making no headway in my quest to reach Karazhan from Ironforge. I'd just about given up and was dejectedly checking the AH (about the only thing that *was* working) and there it was. So I bought it. Made somebody's day, no doubt. Since I had 15k gold at the time, it was still chump change.
Have you ever made a WoW video and submitted it to YouTube? (You earn loser points if it's a PvP video which you edited to show you always winning. Double loser if it has an incomprehensible death metal soundtrack.)

No, although I have had it lag so bad that I fell through the ground, and then lagged again to be back above ground.
Have you ever let your MT die in a raid because you and the other healers were having a chat about something in your class chat? (Sorry Jeremy)
