Haste is usually left to rogues. It is generally considered worthless unless it is stacked heavily.
Warriors should generally focus on armor penetration instead, when they have substantial amounts of critical strike rating, attack power, and hit/expertise rating. Similarly, it needs to be stacked, but is easier to obtain an effective amount per item.
There will, in all likelyhood, better results from using Armor Penetration than haste rating for warriors. This will also likely be reflected in the WLK expansion.
