Guild Rep for Lower level toons

So it seems as I'm leveling my toon from 1 to Awesome that I am not gaining any guild experience for the guild itself. My character's rep is increasing, but I don't see either percentage or actual xp points for the guild increasing...is there a magical level that starts this wonderful gain?

Right click your chat window tab for the options. If you go through the menu you will find a list of things to display in the chat dialogue, xp, guild xp and rep being but 3. Check off the ones you want to display.

If you are completing level appropriate quests (ie, are green or better in your quest log - not gray) you will be earning 60,000 guild xp per quest.
