Guild name changes

a couple of months ago , GM told me we would be able to change guild name without their help . can anyone tell me whats up with this situation as of now ?

If you are the Guild Master, log into the battle.net website and click 'Account' at the top right of the page. You will then select your WoW account for which the toon/guild are on. From there, at the bottom of the page you will see 'Character and Guild Services.' In that tab select 'Guild Master Services.' Then select the toon that is the Guild Master of said guild. At this point you are faced with three options:

Guild Master Realm Transfer - $35
Guild Master Faction Change - $40
Guild Name Change - $20 or free if combined with either of the first two options.

Select your choice and hit continue. It will give you a paragraph or so to read over and if you accept hit 'Continue' again.

After this point, with Guild Name Change being the option selected it will ask you to provide the name you want your Guild to be called. I didn't go further than that since I don't wish to change the name of mine but the rest should explain itself. Hope this helps.

Edit: With a Guild Name Change there is usually an expected wait time of approximately 1 hour.
