I just got my Guild Charter to start my own guild.
I'm having a hard time finding signatures, can anyone give me any tips on finding some?

I've been trying that, but none of them seem to be interested when I ask.

It's for me and a bunch of friends that live around me.
We are short a few signatures though.

I went to the noob starting area (the human starting area) and just requested random signatures from random people.. x_X
Uh.. I did pay 2 gold each after they accepted .. but I didn't say anything to them beforehand. They didn't seem to mind tho. ^^;;

When I was making my bank alts guild, I went into the lowbie zones to get signatures and offered them 10s each for signing and staying. They'd sign, I'd give them the 10s, then they'd take their name off and PM me "lol noob" before ignoring. Note this was only a few of them, but enough to make finding the full 9 signatures a painful job.
I thought you had to sign another charter or join a guild to get your name off a previous charter you signed... x_x
and I've never met anyone who did that to me ><

Whenever you fly inter-area (i guess thats the "word), just post something in the general chat. Sometimes people will pst you and you can meet up with them. Or whenever you enter a city post something in the trade channel.

You need to be clear in your own mind why you want to create a guild.
If you are just wanting to give yourself a fancy name & nice tabard design (judging by the No. of 1 person guilds out there this seems to be popular) then simply go to a starting area & General chat to get 4 noobies to sign the charter. They can resign once it is registered. Offer a small token of appreciation (gold) for them agreeing.
If you are serious about getting a big group together for raids/dungeons etc. then you need to try to get some bigger hitters on board to start with. Chat to explain your vision & what you want to achieve. It often happens that more experienced players will not need the 'sweetner' to sign up, but they are more difficult to find as most will already be in a guild.
As a GM in such a guild you need to be an experienced dungeon runner & raider or there's no respect due from the members.(##RESPBREAK##)2572##DELIM##MasterOfDisguise##DELIM##This is a helpful answer, but it's also a little too late. The OP of this thread has been inactive for almost five years. Please be mindful of the thread's age (and relevancy, if it is old) before responding.
