Grinding Spot in Icecrown

I heard from somewhere that there was a good mage grinding spot in Icecrown. Anyone know where it is? Also, is it better to grind there from say 79 / 78 - 80 rather than questing? Any help would be appreciated.

Blizzard obviously don't like extreme leveling lol. That place where the first 80 grinded got nerfed as well. Oh well. Thanks for the help.
